Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.ย 

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • A description of the issue

We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
